2017 FAREWELL & NATIONS OF THE CROWN UK £1 BU TWO COIN SET – SEALED

In 2017 the Royal Mint issued lovely brilliant uncirculated  two coin set,

featuring the last ’round pound’ and the brand new issue of the 2017 12 sided new pound coin.

The new one pound coin features a ‘crosslet’ mintmark and is only available in this sealed pack.

The first pound coin was issued in 1983 and featured the Royal Coat of Arms

of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The new 12 sided coin, designed by David Pearce

features the four national floral emblems of the countries

which are the United Kingdom.

 The lase metal version of the new design is set to be released into general circulation on the 28 March 2017,

is based on the old 12 sided threepence, which first entered into circulation in 1937.

This brilliant uncirculated set is new and complete in original mint sealed condition
